Segment Synopsis: Bill discusses his grandfather, W.W. (William Wilson) Park who built the Garden City Arena. Bill shares memory of repelling out of the ceiling of the Garden City Arena, including how the ceiling was built and how he helped build the Emergency Task Unit. In either 1975 or 1976, they made a police pipe band and used the Garden City Arena for the first three or four years to do military displays.
